THE HUNGER

EP. 1 | "The Farm" - Where THE HUNGER Started

Episode Summary

Sitting down with my great uncle, on location at "The Farm"—birthplace of my hunting lifestyle and passion for all things wild.

Episode Notes

My family's 130-year old farm in Todd County, Minnesota, is where I first learned to hunt and use a knife to process wild game for the table. My great uncle, Allan Skoglund, is one of the men who mentored me from an early age to understand hunting and respect all that nature has to offer. In this first episode of THE HUNGER podcast, we sit down at "The Farm" to discuss the history of this special place and tell stories about hunting ... including a deer hunt that I just wrapped up down the road, where I tagged a tremendous buck with a muzzleloader (watch the video here). This episode will help you trace the roots of my HUNGER for the outdoors and hunting.
